Take Action

Keep the room when the flight changes.

“Our flight’s delayed. Will we still make check-in?”
  1. Check United: the flight now lands in Miami at 8:40 PM.
  2. Find the Hilton reservation and ask whether the traveler wants a hold until 10 PM.
  3. After the traveler says yes, update the reservation and confirm the same room and rate.

Late check-in confirmed. Room held until 10 PM.
